Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we will be happy to issue a full refund (minus original and/or return postage costs) if you return the goods undamaged to our address within 14 days of original purchase.

Please notify us by email, stating the reason why you are dissatisfied with your order, before making a return. Please use the word  'Returns' in the email subject line. Any returns made without prior notification will not be accepted. 

Damaged/Defective Goods
To ensure complete satisfaction with your order, and to allow us to offer a quicker response time to our customers we operate a photo returns policy for any goods received in damaged condition.

Please follow these steps if you have received damaged items.

1. Email us at with 'Damaged Goods' in the subject field.

2. Describe in as much detail as possible the damage to your product and attach photos detailing the damage to the product and (if possible) the package your order arrived in.

3. We will contact you within 24 hours to process your refund or send a replacement item if required. (Please allow additional time for weekends and holidays.)

Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Advert Display Products, Inc. reserves the right to request the return of the product without notice before issuing a refund or replacement. In the event of damage while in transit, customers will be offered a replacement or refund.

Non-Defective Returns

Unless a product was received damaged or otherwise defective - OR - unless the product received was not the product purchased, returns are to be made at the expense of the buyer. Items are to be returned in their original sale condition. Return items must be complete in their original packaging with all accessories and product documentation if applicable. Items need to show absolutely no signs of use, abuse, stick marks, or fingerprints. Refunds are only available for item sale price and IL sales tax (6.25%)(if applicable).

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

Return Exceptions
Merchandise that show signs of use (scratches, scuffing, fingerprints, stick marks) will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your total refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 

If your item is in like-new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size, style or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping and any difference in cost. 

Secure Checkout
We use payment provider Paypal to ensure that your details are safe and that you can shop in confidence. A PayPal account is not required to make payment. You may make a credit card payment through PayPal's secure checkout by selecting the 'don't have a PayPal account' link at login. 

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. You will receive email notification containing your order's tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. Your order will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on the rate charged by the carrier. Postage rates for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

We cannot accept responsibility for carrier service. If your goods are not received within our specified delivery dates then you must notify us within 14 days of the delay.

Goods delivered outside of the US are shipped via USPS International Mail and are processed by more than one postal service. We cannot accept responsibility for these postal services. Orders shipped via USPS First Class International Mail will not have tracking available one the parcel leaves the U.S. 

Back Orders 
If an item goes on back order we will send email notification of the back order and ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

We reserve the right to change our prices. We will not change the price of an order you have already made without prior notification. This may only happen in the unlikely event that a typing error has occurred and the price has been displayed incorrectly. In this instance, we reserve the right to withdraw your order and offer at the correct price. Any unlikely occurrences will be dealt with at our discretion.
Prices are in US Dollars. Delivery charges apply. We cannot accept responsibility for any currency conversion charges applied by your card service.

We will not be liable for any losses to you caused by the availability of our products and services. will have no liability to pay any money to you by way of any compensation.

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
